CODE OF CONDUCT 

WYS Amateur (“WYS-AM”) offers various products and services through its network of webpages and websites, including via www.wys-am.com (the “WYS-AM Network”). As part of our services to you we provide various message board, chatroom, weblog, profile pages and other message and communication facilities (the "Service") that may provide you and other users an opportunity to interact, submit, upload, post, display, transmit and/or exchange information, ideas, opinions, files, messages, transmissions and content with other users and/or with us. WYS-AM may offer additional services in the future, all of which are covered by this Code of Conduct.

By using the Services (whether or not you choose to become a Member), you agree to abide by this code of conduct and by the Terms of Use.

WYS-AM reserves the right to modify these terms from time to time at its sole discretion, which it will do by updating this document, which will be accessible from the "Code of Conduct" www/wys-am.com/conduct from the main page of www.wys-am.com.

If you do not agree with these terms as posted, you may not use or access the Services or any portion of the WYS-AM Network.

1. CONDUCT AND CONTENT.

While using or accessing the WYS-AM Network or the Services in any manner (e.g., whether by accessing content, submitting comments, posting links or content, uploading content, video, communicating with other Members, purchasing any products or services) you agree to practice good etiquette and courtesy. More importantly, you agree NOT to:

1. threaten, stalk, harass, abuse or otherwise insult other users or to collect or store personal data about other users;
2. post, publish, or transmit any material that in any way violates state, local or federal law, or that contains, encourages, advocates, or expresses: obscenity, child pornography, the making, buying or possession of illegal weapons or illegal drugs, hatred, bigotry, racism, or gratuitous violence or use of weapons;
3. transmit, upload or post any material which is defamatory, offensive, racist, vulgar, libellous or of an obscene or menacing character, or in such a way as to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;
4. harm or exploit minors in any way including collecting personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name, email address, home address, social security number, phone number, or school;
5. modify or falsify any content or information, impersonate another individual, WYS-AM representative, or moderator, or falsely state or misrepresent affiliation with another person or entity;
6. disrupt, harm or inappropriately access any computer, network, server or telecommunication system or violate related security or operational procedures, policies or regulations, including such acts as flooding or overloading any system or service, or transmitting or transferring any harmful or disruptive viruses, worms, computer code, files, or programs;
7. violate or infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights or violate contractual or fiduciary duties (such as those imposing restrictions on the use of insider, proprietary, or confidential information);
8. distribute or disseminate inappropriate, unauthorized or unsolicited advertising or promotional offers including, but not limited to, contests, sweepstakes, junk mail, spam, chain letters, and pyramid schemes;
9. transmit, upload, post or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes" or any duplicative or unsolicited message;
10. attempt (1) to access or search the Services or the WYS-AM Network with any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism other than the software or search agents provided by WYS-AM or other generally available third party web browsers; or (2) to "frame," "mirror" or otherwise copy any portion of the Services or WYS-AM Network without WYS-AM's express written authorization; or
11. include or create links or otherwise refer to external sites that violate these restrictions.

2. ADULT CONTENT PROHIBITED.

WYS-AM prohibits any postings, content, text, video, or other materials containing or referring to pornography or adult content. In no event will you post or seek pornographic or "adult" content. If WYS-AM becomes aware of any such content, we may remove it at our sole discretion.

3. SPAM PROHIBITED.

You will not use the Services or any portion of the WYS-AM Network to transmit, either directly or indirectly, or facilitate the transmission of any unsolicited bulk or commercial email or any other form of unsolicited electronic communication. WYS-AM may, but is not required to, use filtering technology or other measures to stop Spam. This filtering technology may block some non-Spam email or communications sent to you or from you through the Services or via the WYS-AM Network. This may happen even if the email or other communication does not violate these terms.

Without limiting the above, you agree to comply with all federal, state, or local laws or regulations which regulate the transmission of unsolicited communications or advertisements, identity theft, phishing, or other similar scams.

4. OFF-LINE CONDUCT.

WYS-AM does not endorse or sponsor any activities of any Member or third parties, whether online or off-line. If you interact with any Members or third parties online or off-line, you do so at your own risk. Be safe, and refrain from engaging in any dangerous or illegal conduct. WYS-AM neither endorses nor encourages any conduct of its members and bears no responsibility for the conduct of its Members.

5. VIOLATIONS.

WYS-AM retains the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services or the WYS-AM Network at any time without cause or notice. WYS-AM considers the following to be reasonable bases for termination:

1. suspected violations of the Code of Conduct, the Terms of Service, or other WYS-AM guidelines or policies;
2. extended periods of inactivity;
3. fraudulent or illegal activities;
4. age misrepresentation or misrepresentation of registration or contact information; or
5. nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection with the Services.

6. MISCELLANEOUS.

1. The Service is public and not private and you should assume anything you post may be read or viewed by others, with or without your knowledge or permission.
2. WYS-AM makes every effort to monitor the content on the Services, but does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. User postings do not represent our views or those of any of our employees or representatives. By using the Service you acknowledge that you may be exposed to content that is offensive or objectionable. Furthermore, while we make every effort to test and check information and content on the Website for viruses, we recommend that you run anti-virus programs on any such information and/or content obtained or accessed via the Website.
3. WYS-AM has the right (but not the obligation) to edit, refuse to post, or to remove any content, in whole or part, that WYS-AM deems inappropriate for inclusion in the Service, for any reason or for no reason.
4. Postings originating from any User ID are the sole responsibility of the individual associated with that User ID. This means that you, the user, and not WYS-AM, are entirely responsible for the consequences of all your Postings and other activity on the Service or otherwise on the Website. Under no circumstances will WYS-AM be liable in any way for any content or any damage incurred as a result of you accessing any content posted or otherwise transmitted via the Service.
5. Your use of the Service is at your own risk. You should not disclose or make available your personal information in any Posting or in any part of the Service.
6. WYS-AM neither provides endorsements or sponsorships nor makes any guarantees regarding endorsements or sponsorships.  Any examples or testimonials of others and the success they have had as a result of their activities/involvement with WYS-AM are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of results you can expect.
